This is a totally brilliant idea brought to us by the folks at Hindsvik. Check it out: no matter what type of flooring you have (unflattering vinyl, ceramic, wood or any kind of hard flooring), you can get the chic "concrete look" with a simple coat of paint and the right DIY technique.
They basically primed their vinyl tiles, mixed together black, white and gray flooring paint, and brushed/rolled it on unevenly for that edgy industrial look.
